Design the structure and strategy of the sales and marketing plan for the idea you are presenting. Your market research will be helpful in understanding as to which forms and channels would be good choices.

The design should include:

  • Marketing channel(s) to be utilized and describe why they are chosen. Ensure you have the budget to pay for these.
  • Sales force structure:
    • What are the main objectives of the sales department? New sales? Customer retention? Business growth?
    • Different roles & responsibilities in the sales department – What are the sales people roles within the team?
