The Team Alignment Rubric

develop a Rubric that you could use to evaluate the team alignment on a construction project. To develop the Rubric: 1) First identify 4-5 key criteria of team alignment. Each criterion can have a few sub-criteria. ( see class notes on Team Alignment Strategies summary.) 2) Develop a grading scale (it could be 1 – 5 as the example below, or 1 – 3, or 1 – 10), 3) For each sub-criterion explain (briefly) what it involves, and what would indicate a low score, an average score or a high score. For example, for Communications you may consider the frequency and quality of the communications between the participants (open, face-to-face, frequent, informal, trust, listening, inclusiveness, etc.) 4) Who are the 2 – 3 project members who can provide the best information on team alignment? The Rubric below is an example. CRITERIA /INDICATORS FOR ASSESSMENT Criteria Poor 1 1. TEAM FACTORS 1.1 Team composition 1.2 Team relations 1.3 … 2.
