The Juvenile Delinquency Homes Have Challenges Related to Family Abuse

In discussing family abuse, there is a long-standing debate as to whether children are better off in the homes of their biological mother and/or father, despite that home being rife with substance abuse and some physical abuse, or whether they are better off being placed in foster care.
