Develop an Evaluation Plan Based on your goal(s), objectives, and program activities develop an appropriate, rigorous evaluation plan. b. What data will you collect? How will you collect it? When will you collect it? Who will collect it? How and who will analyze data? How will you report or disseminate results.d. Include a chart that presents each SMART objective, the measurement strategy, and the data source(s) to be used.
2. Establish a Budget. Please include a brief overview of these items in the narrative, but the actual table or chart illustrating each can be included in appendices. b. Be sure the budget covers everything you need for the project. Consider start-up/training costs, personnel, supplies/materials, equipment, travel, evaluation, and dissemination of findings.
